TPi COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customer/Partner,

As you know, COVID-19 (coronavirus) is causing large-scale business disruption globally. TPi is committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees. At this time, employees that can work from home are required to do so. Employees who, due to their jobs, are unable to work from home have been provided strict guidelines to adhere to. Our main priority is to keeping our team safe.

Under the New York State executive order, TPi Arcade is considered an essential manufacturer. TPi will continue to operate and support our customers. Management has been proactively taken steps to ensure our customer needs are met during this outbreak.  TPi prides itself on our transparent supply chain and our customers can be certain that we will always give them visibility and ample notice of any issues regarding inventory, shipments, production schedules, capacity, and any other potential issues that may derogatorily affect TPi’s ability to provide our customers with their required products.

In short, all of our open customer orders are on schedule to be delivered timely and all supply chains are fully operational and stable.
