TPi has developed a culture to ensure quality. An ISO quality management system was established in 2001 and upgraded to AS9100 in 2012. To ensure repeatability and consistency, TPi has heavily invested in internal quality control equipment.
A CMM for in house for dimensional inspections, metallurgical spectrometer for material tractability, tensile machine for mechanical testing and digital realtime x-ray inspections are just a few pieces of in house equipment utilized to provide quality castings.
