TPi Arcade has been casting molten aluminum in the V-Process for nearly 40 years. The current 55,000 sqft facility houses TPi’s fourth molding machine and incorporates the automation needed for today’s rapid manufacturing needs.
TPi’s molding machine is computer controlled and runs four separate customers at once. Molds are then flowed into a robotic pouring system to ensure repetitive, constant and accurate pour rates and temperatures. This automation has allows TPi to provide consistent high integrity castings.
